Resources for Growing Men
A curated collection of books, Scripture reading plans, and daily practices to help you grow in faith, character, and leadership.
Daily Practices
Disciplines that shape a man's character over time. Start with one. Build from there.
Daily Scripture
Commit to reading Scripture every morning before the day begins. Even 10–15 minutes consistently will transform you over time.
Prayer Journal
Write your prayers. It keeps your mind from wandering, creates a record of God's faithfulness, and deepens your conversations with Him.
Accountability Partner
Find one man who will meet with you regularly, ask you hard questions, and pray with you. Consistency over time produces transformation.
Family Devotions
Lead your family through Scripture and prayer — even briefly at dinner or bedtime. Spiritual leadership in the home begins with small, faithful steps.
Sabbath Rest
Take one full day each week to rest, worship, and be with family. Sabbath is not laziness — it is an act of trust and a discipline that restores the soul.
Serve Others
Identify one way each week to serve someone outside your immediate family — a neighbor, a colleague, or someone in need. Greatness is measured in service.
Scripture Reading Plans
Focused plans for men who want to go deep in God's Word without getting overwhelmed.
Proverbs in a Month
Read one chapter of Proverbs per day for 31 days. Proverbs is the Bible's handbook for practical wisdom in work, relationships, and character.
The Gospel of Mark
Mark is the most action-oriented gospel — fast-paced and focused on what Jesus did. A powerful starting point for understanding Jesus' life and mission.
Psalms of Lament and Praise
Work through Psalms 1, 22, 23, 27, 46, 51, 63, 84, 91, and 139. These ten psalms cover the full emotional range of a man's walk with God.
Ephesians: The Whole Armor
Six chapters covering identity in Christ, the mystery of the church, marriage and family, and the call to stand firm. Read one chapter per day.
The Sermon on the Mount
Matthew 5–7 contains Jesus' most concentrated teaching on character, relationships, prayer, and the Kingdom. Read slowly — one section per day.
